Embellished Belt

Hand woven by rural Peruvian women, each belt is a one-of-a-kind work of beautiful craftsmanship using a contemporary take on traditional Andean techniques. The small measures between 35.5" - 37.5" long. Each belt is embroidered using ancient, heirloom quality techniques. The artisans are women in poverty stricken rural areas with very few opportunities for employment. They usually work at home with their children playing nearby.
